Q:
How do I print a printable version?
A: Right click anywhere on the screen and select Print.

Q: How do I print
in color?
A:
Click on Tools -> Select Internet Options -> Click
on Advanced tab. Scroll down to Printing and check the box
"Print background colors and images".

Q: How do I choose
a single source from the credit report? A:
Towards the top of the credit report in the Profile Credit Report box,
look
for the heading "Sources" - Equifax, Experian and/or Transunion is shown as a
link in white, click on the source to view the credit report.

Q:
How do I view a credit report of merged, borrower and
co-borrower, separately?
A: Towards the top of the credit report in the Profile Credit Report box,
look
for the heading "Individual/Joint", click on the blue subject you wish to view.

Q: I
tried to download the 1003 Form to Point using the Netscape
browswer, and I received this error: "This page contains
an ActiveX Control, which cannot be executed by Netscape!"
A:
Use the Internet Explorer browser instead. Netscape cannot
execute a page which contains an ActiveX Control.

Q: As I was
entering information on the 1003 Form, using the Netscape
browser, I forgot to enter some information on the previous
page. I clicked on the Back button and received this error
message: "Data Missing. This document resulted from
a POST operation and has expired from the cache. If you
wish you can repost the form data to re-create the document
by pressing the reload button."
A:
When
entering information on the 1003 Form using the Netscape
browser, it's best to not click on the back button. Instead
click on any of the links (Prev. Page, Next Page, Loan/Property
Information, Personal Information, etc.) to navigate around
the application form.

- Q: I
logged in as a Dealer/Lender and it says I am not authorized
to pull credit reports.
A: The Lender has to click on a bureau for the Dealer/Lender
to pull credit report from.

- Q: As
I was Editing the Credit Report and Added an Entry, I received
an error saying "The Page Cannot Be Displayed."
A: Hit
Ctrl+R to Refresh or right-click on your mouse and select
Refresh. Doing this should bring you back to where you left
off.

- Q: I installed
AskCredit Add-In for Calyx Point. But I could not download
or upload files between AskCredit system and Calyx Point.
A: Check the
data folder setup in Calyx Point. The available folder
must be located on the top in Data Folder Manger. For more
