Alex was a founder and president of SMC Mortgage, Inc. based in San Diego, CA which became very successful and respected mortgage company. His experience with SMC and his observation of the lack of sophisticated software in the mortgage business caused him to found InterData. InterData developed and leased credit reporting software programs to the mortgage industry. InterData's product was the most advanced systems for credit reporting companies. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley.

William O. Wood
Chief Financial Officer
William has 30 years of experience in management, finance and accounting. Over the last five years he has been a financial and business consultant including consulting to two San Diego based high technology companies. He is a graduate of San Diego State University and a Certified Public Accountant.

Chuck Liu
CTO, Head Architect
Chuck has more than 20 years in software development experience in enterprise application projects and component framework projects, including more than 7 years leadership, management, and architect experience. meanwhile, He has many papers published in international conferences mainly “A Prototype Decision Support System Applied in Manufactures”, “The Feasibility Proposals of Voice Recognition”, “ The General Structure and Materialization of Knowledge Database” and “The Backward Reasoning of Rule-Based in Decision Support Systems. He was a head architect at Genops Bioinformatrices Inc. and Cutting Edge Solutions Inc. Before becoming the head architect, he used to research,  develop, and teach at Electric Power Research Institute and North China University of Technology for three years. He holds Master Degree in Electrical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.

Frank Parth
Sr. VP, Engineering Director
Frank is a results-driven, creative technology executive with extensive experience in technology and infrastructure development, project management, integration, data warehousing, technology strategy, and organizational and process design. He has a solid record of accomplishments in designing and implementing complex systems in support of corporate goals. Not only technology, he has extensive background in building and leading focused, cross-functional teams to successful project completion and management under tight constraints. He was a Systems Engineering and project director at Experian and Sr. consulting manager at Deloitte&Touche. He holds dual MS in Physics and Systems Management from University of Wyoming and USC as well as MBA from USC. He also teaches at USC, and UC Irvine and VP of Programs for Orange County, International Counsel on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).
