Three main functions are provided in this section.

1) Lock rate

To lock, click on the radio button for the rate you wish to lock with, and click on the Lock Checkpoint. At this point, you can change the effective date, rate, lock days, fee, and margin fields. After confirming all information is correct, click on Save.

2) Extend existing lock

To modify the lock, click on the Extend Lock Days box.

You can also modify the rate, Fee/YSP, margin or Life Cap. When all information is reviewed, click on Save.

3) Create a new lock

To create a new lock, click on the Create button provided on the bottom left corner. You will be asked to confirm this task. You may either copy the previous lock, or enter from the beginning.

You can now click on the radio button of the rate you wish to lock with, click on the Lock Checkpoint box. After reviewing all the information, click Save.
