Initial Disclosure can be filled out in the system. When data is filled out accurately, be sure to click on save button. When you are ready to proceed, click on continue which will take you to page 2 of Initial Disclosure.

From the three choices: Fixed, Positive Neg. ARM, or ARM, at least one must be checked. After filling out the necessary information, click Send.

File not found error can occur if the disclosure is not property sent. After checking all data is entered correctly, click Send and try again.
