Change Agent functionality is provided to easily change the agent when mistake is made. Click on the borrower you wish to change. When the borrower is loaded to memory, you may access the Change Agent menu from Current Borrower and change the agent. This function works only if the loan agent is assigned; i.e. loan is submitted or opened from the broker.
